FREE SHIPPING! All sim cards and phone prices include shipping.  The price you see in our store is the total price you pay. 


Sim Card Activation and Technical Support:

For new plan orders, buyer must use the contact us link to activate the sim once received. If porting your current number, we will need: phone number, account number, exact billing address with your other provider. It is up to the buyer to make sure their phone is compatible, or find a different phone that will work with the chosen Sim.  Pre-paid plans are non refundable after sim card activation. For new plan/sim orders, we only activate your sim and process your first month or so of usage. We do not provide any cellular technical support. We will give you details after ordering, on how to setup an account with the selected MVNO we affiliate with directly, for technical support and to setup your account to continue your month to month service there after. You must do this so you don't lose your number and service, and to obtain technical support if necessary even during your first month, and to avoid a $20 non-continuance/cancellation fee charged to your card as mentioned in the product pages if you do not make at least 1 more payment for service directly with our MNVO. MVNO's only give resellers like us a portion of the first month of service fee, and if you do not continue service with them after that, they actually take back all the money we charged you for the first month. When we provide free shipping, free activations and free SIM cards, we have to avoid loss by doing this. By ordering and activating a sim card with us, you agree to this early cancel fee policy and for the fee to be charged to your card automatically or using some other method.


Shipping/Returns/Refunds:

Sim Cards are always shipped from Idaho Falls, ID via USPS First Class (1-5 days) Mail. Phones are shipped USPS Priority (1-3 day) Mail. Once a sim card has been shipped and then activated, a plan/sim order cannot be cancelled/refunded. If you return an un-activated SIM, return shipping is at your expense and we will deduct a $5 order cancellation fee. New phones can be returned, as long as they were un-opened, not used and the manufacturer packaging not damaged. New phones must be in new phone condition in order to resell. If a new phone becomes clearly used, then it is at used phone value, and could be worth up to 50% less due as a refund and refund value is at seller discretion. It might be better to resell on your own if a phone instead of returning. Refurb phones can be accepted for return, if the phone and packaging and accessories are still in the same condition as received. Buyer must initiate a return within 20 days of shipment and use the contact us link to obtain an RA# and correct return shipping address that may differ than our location here. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Approved phone returns will be given a refund or traded for a different phone, minus a  $20 order cancellation fee. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.


Phone Warranties:

New carrier specific phones made for America (they are stamped with or made for AT&T/TMobile/Verizon), will have carrier software/apps/bloatware and any remaining manufacturer warranty. Global phones are not branded and come without all the american carrier bloatware/apps/carrier limitations and have awesome features, but most do not come with any manufacturer warranty since they are used globally/imported.  New BLU imported phones do come with a 1 Yr manufacturer Warranty. If a new phone comes with a manufacturer warranty, it will be specified in the product description. Otherwise, our phone importer/supplier will provide a 20 day warranty on all new or refurbished phones to avoid dead on arrival issues, so check your phone for any manufacturer defects thoroughly when you first get it. Keep your invoice from our store for proof of purchase. Phones damaged by water, moisture, drops, heat, etc, are not covered by any Manufacturer or Importer warranties. You must use the contact us link and get the proper return shipping address, to start a 20 day warranty return to receive a replacement. To obtain manufacturer warranty repair, contact the manufacturer direct.


Phone Condition:

 If a phone is brand new from manufacturer, the phone is labeled NEW. New phones usually come in sealed packaging from the manufacturer. If a phone is refurbished, it will be labeled RB or Refurbished. Refurbished phones are close to like new condition and completely repaired to manufacturer standards.
